Man by nature is an escapist.
Nothing is ever enough for him and he is constantly scanning his surrounding,
in the hope to find the next "how" available to get whatever that currently has his attention.
By nature, he will find, search and look for things that appear shiny and promise him something,
even if, in reality, some part of him will know that the promise is really too good to be true.
Hence if not perturbed by words like this, he will "happily" live an entirely illusionary life chasing carrots dangled at his faced by all sorts of puppeteers.

If you are reading my words for the first time,
and you did not just randomly stumble upon this website,
you must realize that you are not on "just another weightlifting website".
You are reading the words that are sourced from ...
A mind that has consumed anything and everything the so-called and purported "Weightlifting Community" has to offer.
A mind that has searched, found and implemented all the "hows", "whys", "whens" and "whats" available, either for free or at a price.
A mind that eventually got tired of seeking answers outside,
disgusted at their utter asininity and uselessness.
A mind, that will do one and only thing until it inhabits this host ...
Seek and speak THE TRUTH.

I take it that you are here for a few reasons ...
You are here because getting stronger is important to you.
Whether your sport is Weightlifting or something else, actually matters not.
You are here, also, because you have very possibly exhausted all ways of "getting strong".
You have possibly tried multitudes of approaches so far, but they have not yielded you the delta you were expecting.
You have tried different coaches, each boasting their own unique "secret technique" of getting you that extra edge over their competitions.
You have tried different programs or certifications, even traveled to foreign countries.
But irrespective of all your attempts, strength has eluded you and left you in a pickle,
that perhaps to your surprise, you yourself may have been hiding from ...
You are Weak and Weak you will remain.
~~~
Why is it so?
What is it, after all, about getting strong, that you or your body just does not seem to "get?"
Why do other people seem to "get it" easily and you seem to be always "chasing it"?
(Do not worry, most of who you think are strong, haven't really gotten it either and are only basking in an incomplete glory that is not fully formed.)
But perhaps the stars have aligned and you are finally ready to break out of your conundrum.
Or perhaps your mind will reject what I am about to say and you will stay stuck.
Either way, the fingers have moved, the words below have been typed and technology has done its magic.
Are you ready?
You are weak, precisely because you are trying to be strong.
Your weakness thrives not because of your failed attempts to be strong.
It exists and will continue to do so because you do not know why it is that you want to be strong.
I will say it again ...
Strength eludes you because you are blindly chasing it,
instead of creating the necessary circumstances for it to find you.
Most of the "serious" athletes or trainees will never set their eyes upon these words.
And that is okay.
Many of them will, here and there, but will scoff away at what is being presented or the "manner" they have been.
And that is okay.
Many of them may find it at a time either too early or too late in their career.
And that is okay.
There will, however, be a handful of folks,
who may not have fully grasped the essence of the message above,
but the words will have resonated with or spoken to some deep part of them.
It is these individuals that I care about.
It is these folks that I write for and will look forward to work with,
at some point in my limited period of existence on this planet.
Not being able to work with these folks, who at their very core,
are deeply committed to learning the Truth about their innate, otherworldly capabilities,
no matter their sport or practice,
is something I will never be okay with.
